5.密切的媒体合作关系，具备大型活动的现场管理能力；
6.良好的口头及书面表达能力，突出的演讲能力；
岗位职责：
1.组织策划市场调查、研究及分析活动；
2.配合公司年度经营计划，拟定广告及其他销售促进活动的计划，以促进销售及提高公司的知名度；
3.办理有关销售的各项统计与分析，以供管理部门日常参考与业绩的追踪；
4.制定销售管理与营业人员晋升及待遇办法，借以鼓励营业人员努力达成其销售目标，以及协助公司经销商的市场调研、推广等相关工作。
5.筹划新产品行销前的准备工作。使其上市后的销售与服务工作，可以顺利进行；
