Main Responsibilities :
- Assist HR Assistant doing all routine works in HR&Admin.
- Answer incoming calls in Mandarin and English and ensure right transfer of phone call.
- Greeting incoming visitors, arrange couriers to collect and dispatch out going mails.
- Business contact and communication with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
- College /university students.
- Good oral English.
- Internal Customer oriented.
- Good team work.
主要职责
- 协助人事助理各项工作
- 中英文前台接听电话，正确转接电话。
- 礼貌接待来客，并负责快递和信件的接收和发送。
- 供应商的接洽和沟通。
要求：
- 大三或研究生在校学生。
- 良好的中英文沟通能力 （听说读写）。
- 良好的内部服务意识。
- 团队合作。
工作时间：每周至少能工作3天， 每天8小时；
工作地点：上海市徐汇区嘉善路98号明园二期商务楼205室。
