职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责新产品导入工作。准备生产必要的夹具，设备，工装等；同时，应对工程技术文件进行核对，提出改进意见；
2、及时掌握ECN,客户邮件最新更改，并出额EN或更改WI以指导生产；负责制定各MODEL所需的工程文件，包括 工具，辅料配置等；
3、进行动作研究，设计每个标准动作工时，便于工位设计时有据可依；
4、随时对目前生产线巡查，尽量做到工位平衡，以提高生产效率；
5、参加MRB会议,与IQA工程师共同决定物料处理状态：挑选，报废，或退回供应商。同时应改进工艺，降低报废，控制报废率；
6、负责跟进生产线的生产情况，分析及解决生产线存在的技术问题提出改进性意见，并跟进其执行情况做好工程更改记录；
7、新产品开拉时，为生产部员工提供必要的生产技能培训；跟进生产线排拉，实际工时测试，为修正工时及优化生产线提供依据；
8、制定产品标准作业指示书；对WI打印并经领导审核批准后送DCC加盖公章，下发使用；
9、协助产线处理退料，发现并及时处理异常物料损耗。
任职资格：
1.25-35岁，大专以上学历，通讯、电子、计算机科学等相关专业。
2.3年以上手机组装生产相关工作经验，熟悉手机工厂加工流程。
3.熟悉生产工程管理流程与原则。
