Role Purpose
Fully responsible for China workflow project and T&E project implementation. Analyze and document internal process requirements, realize these internal processes on workflow platform. Develop the interface between T&E system and internal ERP/HR system. Fully involve in ongoing support after system goes live.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Implementing, Developing workflow project
？ Be fully responsible for China workflow platform implementation
？ Effectively coordinate and actively communicate with Brands/Divisions/Vendors/HQ IT
？ Analyze and document internal processes: Process, Process Explanation, Business Analysis, e-Form format transform.
？ Program development and organize UAT
？ User manual documentation and user training organization
？ As an expert in workflow platform and development tool, share experience and organize training in IT team internal.

2. T & E project
？ Fully involve in T&E system implement project.
？ Develop the interface between T&E system and internal ERP system
？ Develop the interface between T&E system and internal HR system
？ Interface maintenance and daily support after the T&E system goes live.


3.Design and Programming
？ Micorsoft .Net(C#) Web Application, Web Service design and programming.
？ Database design.
？ SQL programming: Store Procedure, Reporting Service, SSIS and OLAP service

4. Other subsystems maintenance
？ Maintain other subsystems and interfaces between subsystem and ERP
？ Organize regular training to Brand/Division users


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
？ Over 4 years experience in workflow development. (SharePoint / Nintex Workflow is preferred)
？ Be familiar with Mrcrosoft SharePoint 2007 or 2010
？ Be familiar with Microsoft Infopath 2010.
？ Solid Microsoft .Net (C#) development experience in multination corporation or software company.
？ Strong background in Microsoft studio and framework
？ Solid MS SQL Server experience and SQL programming: Store procedure, Reporting Service, SSIS
？ Good documentation skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
？ Good communication skill with internal users and external vendors
？ Passion at studying new business and new technology
？ Willing to do the in hourse development and maintenance work.
University or above in computer software
？ Good English on reading, writing and speaking
？ Microsoft Sharepoint / Infopath / Nintex
？ Microsoft studio and .Net framework
？ Microsoft IIS 7.0 or above.
？ Database: MS SQL Server 2005/2008 or above
