Responsibility of the position:
1. Compiling the files of URS(user requirement), DQ(design qualification), FAT(factory acceptance test),IQ(installation qualification), OQ(operation qualification), PQ(performance qualification), SOP of operation, SOP of maintenance etc. before and during conducting new project or buying new equipment and facility.

2. Total of 133 files of SOP in EM Dept. in which there are forms in their more than 1/3, such as maintenance records, repair records, running records, parameter records etc. which need to be collected and place on file.

3. The management of specifications, information, drawings and files of facilities and equipments.

4. The management of spare parts including account, application for spare parts each month, making an inventory of it each month.

5. Tracing new maintenance policy(daily inspection to equipments and facilities) every day and making reports each month and implement status of preventive maintenance.

6. Statistics of energy consumption.
