Job Description

- supervise a team of 3 to 4 Factory Auditors in different province in China to perform necessary pre-audit check for our vendors
- act as a focal contact point between internal and external customers
- to coordinate and prioritize audit activities with vendors
- to help our vendors to be successful in factory audit
- Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and negotiate with customers' audit team when required
- Preparation of summary reports of audit findings and recommendations
- Keep the event calendar and dispatches EB factory Auditors to help the factories / vendors accordingly
- Provide/arrange necessary training to vendors and our internal auditors

Job Requirement

- An undergraduate degree in International Trading, Marketing or equivalent
- English with minimum CET-4
- At least 3 years' experience in factory audit function, prefer in supervisory level
- Understand the audit requirements of Wal-Mart, Sears, Radio Shack, WH Smith, Avon will be an advantage
- Have good level of factory technical management and quality systems experience
