岗位职责：
1、负责公司重庆区域的团队管理，对这一区域的任务目标负责；
2、负责区域团队建设，引入合格人才、培养和提升，使团队成员共同合作，达成目标；
3、制定团队的激励方案，有效调动起团队中每一个成员的工作积极性；
4、分解团队目标，并确保每个人能胜任各自工作岗位的要求；
5、制定本业务团队的管理制度和流程，并监督检查完成情况；
6、与各区域主管沟通交流，不断完善和优化本团队的内部管理；
7、对本区域的业务进展情况进行月度、季度、半年度的数据分析，并提出改善意见；
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，销售管理及业务拓展管理经验丰富，3年以上团队管理经验；
2、目标导向，使命发达；
3、沟通表达能力强；
4、协调能力强；
5、服务意识强。
