Job scope:

- To lead a team of 2 members to do portfolio management from the perspective of secondary control.
- To enhance RMs' sense of ownership of credit discipline and to improve the credit proposal quality through monitoring of annual review overdue and extension, checking on correctness of CARM input, CRR assignment and compliance of other internal requirements on credit proposal integrity.
- To provide systematic training and coaching to front line RM teams on quality accuracy and proposal integrity.
- To coordinate secondary control representatives at each business region on their work progress and result.
- To report management on a consolidated basis the checking result of secondary control of C&C on monthly basis.

Job requirment:

- Have experience to lead a team
- Have good credit sense and reasonable product knowledge of corporate and commercial banking,
- Self-motivated and be able to work independently,
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Competent to provide systematic training and coaching to front line RM teams on quality proposal write up
- Have good skills at Excel and PPt application and reporting
- To be willing to work under pressure
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in relationship management in corporate lending, credit risk and related operation procedures; Be familiar with group HSBC group credit policies/ and CARM usage / and internal operation is preferable.
