职位描述

Job Requirement:
· University/graduate or higher vocational level, preferably in an logistics related area
· Or proven work experience (see below)
· Degree holder in supply chain management/logistics with formal training in project management and 5 years’ experience in developing supply chain solutions/or projects implementation against aggressive implementation deadlines
· Experienced in warehousing & inventory management, distribution, international trade & shipping practices, and Customs regulations and procedures
· Experienced in developing professional business proposals to Customer RFQs through expert analysis of customer requirements & development of appropriate solutions with well-defined values proposition
· Experienced in presentation of solutions to customers

Job Responsibilities:
New Business Filtration
· Manage cross-functional filtration for all Major Account and multi-country opportunities to maintain focus on TNT business/product fit.
· Adhere to TNT and where applicable TNT commercial policy on all customer projects
· Act in response to functional directives concerning business solutions
New Business Development or Revenue Growth
· Develop, co-ordinate and implement account opportunities in support of sales manager.
· To provide consultancy and technical selling of core and value-added supply chain solutions to Customers/BD Managers within target vertical markets in country in order to enhance our capability to win new or retain existing profitable business
· To orchestrate development of RFQ proposals by analyzing Customer requirements and objectives and developing appropriate solutions with well-defined value propositions, Service Level Agreement, Scope of Work and associated costing
· Co-ordinate and or assist the development of proposals for multi-country opportunities.
· Manage and co-ordinate country information and commercial responses to meet TNT, customer, and country objectives
· To well co-ordinate with MACC on cross-country opportunities and requirements.
· To perform as contact window in cooperation with other functional department.
Development of Customised and Sector Solutions
· Develop customised solutions for Local, National, GAM and multi-country MA and other large customers within TNT Express with a view towards further improving services and customer retention in this customer segment
· Maintain communication with key stakeholders in development of Solutions
· Effective project management along with relevant functional experts and other involved country representatives
· Effective implementation of relevant solutions for cross depots, regions
· Maintenance of inventory information relating to all Customer Solutions
· Effective communication of relative laws and regulations adjustment to first line sales management and other involved country representatives in relation.
