Job Description：
1. Realisation of prototypes and pre-serial parts
　 management of logistic internal flow, prototypes and pre-serials from
　 phase 2 to SOP delivery
　 to be responsible for quality and time delivery
　 manage logistic following the NPM (New Product Modification) from
　 phase 2 to SOP
　 management of logistic supply for prototypes in phase 0 and 1
　 management of quotation for prototypes and to follow the costs
　 planing and following the prototypes building and tuning
　 responsible for subcontractors
　
2. Buying of prototypes
　 to realise quotations, to launch and follow prototype tooling for
　 each phase
　 choosing the best technology regarding internal and external
　 customer needs
　 te realize quotation and consultation on prototype tooling for
　 each development phase
　 to make an action plan to reduce prototype costs
　 to negotiate and choose supplier regarding cost quality and
　 delay criteria
　 to review contracts (with purchasing), purchase order and
　 budget follow up
　 to create a panel of supplier for rapid prototyping and tooling
　
3. Research and development for rapid prototyping and rapid tooling
　 to ensure the sell of prototypes to other divisions and branches
　 to search, develop and valid new technologies for rapid prototyping and
　 tooling in partner with suppliers, technological awareness
　
4. Ensure the functioning and the development of the prototype workshop
　 to manage people of prototype workshop
　 to ensure the management: man power, means, budget,
　 investment, reporting, …
　 to ensure the department functioning: 5S, meetings, good ideas,
　 security, …
　 to present the activity during visit or training
　 to be trainer for rapid prototyping
