Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for the project schedule from beginning to the end the project.
2. Develop feasible project plan with active participation of account servicing team, project team members and the suppliers.
3. Provide competitive costs for quotations or options / alternative sources to meet target prices to increase project wins.
4. Ensure smooth order processing flow, proper project management and accurate documentation in a professional manner
5. Identify risk to project delivery -on-time delivery, cost and quality, and assist to develop practical contingency plan to manage the risk with the support of other functional members and the suppliers.


Requirements:
1. Degree holder in business or related disciplines is preferred.
2. At least 5 years working experience with 3 years of experiences in project management, production planning or sourcing, preferably in toys and premium industry.
3. Effective communication, strong negotiation power and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. PC knowledge in Windows and proficiency in MS Office applications.
6. Self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible, able to work under pressure and be results-oriented
