职位描述

JOB PURPOSE:?
The Material Store Supervisor is in charge of the groups, which are Control Group, Operation Group and SMI Hub, managing daily warehousing operations ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources as agreed in the MBO. To lead the Material Store and Spare Part Store team to achieve the following:
1. Service and Quality Excellence.
2. Operation Efficiency & Effectiveness.
3. Process Stability & Robustness.
4. People development & skills capability.
5. Communication smooth.
6.Ensure that all processes are updated and documented that all staff must be
in adherence.
7.Incharge of EHS function and warehouse trainning
8.over 2 years experience in warehouse management

operations Performance:
Monitor staff’s performance and ensure they follow the proper regulation time. This can be done by the daily monitoring of attendance and review of absences.
If there are issues, counsel the staff immediately with proper documentation using the Employee Discussion Form. Conduct training needs assessment to identify the training requirements of the staff.
Support the multi-skills initiatives.

The team will generate higher productivity.
Staff will be multi-skilled / flexible.

1.Daily prioritization of delivery. Coordinates closely with Planning, Production Line and SMI Hub for the priority deliveries and ensures DEL and JIT are all processed within the day. Highlight all issues on deliveries and help close it accordingly.
2.Ensures that this is in line with the delivery cycle time.To achieve the performance target of 98%.

3.Minimal Quality Defect and Customer Complaints. Updates exceptions list and coordinate regularly with QA. Ensures that all staffs are calibrated in the existing processes. Achieve an LRR of below 0.08.

4.Execution Accuracy. Store In, Store Out, Skid Invoicing must have no error. Ensure that proper training is conducted to assigned staff. Review regularly all issues and provide action plans and implementation targets.To achieve the objective of zero (0) error.

5.Housekeeping Excellence. Assign each staff the specific responsibilities to support the housekeeping objective. Monitor their contribution and counsel accordingly if there are issues. No food and drinks will be allowed in the warehouse.Clean and world class warehouse.

6.High level of Inventory Accuracy. Ensure that cycle count is implemented and in case of discrepancy, ensures all variances in the inventory are investigated. Justification should be made before processing and inventory adjustment. Review the root cause of the inventory variances and come up with an action plan to solve the root causes.To achieve the target of below 1%.

7.Performance Reporting consistency. Ensures that performance are recorded and reported daily. This will be a reference to review with subordinates how to improve it further.Daily reporting of Operations performance.

8.Site Safety and Security:
Proper Documentation of Incoming and Outgoing Goods. Ensures that all items brought in and out of the warehouse are properly documented and warehouse to keep copy for future reference. Ensures that all of doors are under proper control and only authorized personnel will have access on these processes.100% documentation and recording.Effectively control doors.

9.Environmental:
Reuse and Recycle warehouse supplies. Ensures that responsibilities are defined supporting the company’s re-cycling program. Allocate a space for sorting use products and those for third party recycling. Review all materials use inside the warehouse and explore environmentally friendly alternatives.

10.Ensure that 98% of the warehouse materials are re-used and re-cycled.
