职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Directing product development teams,
-Detailed mechanical engineering and design,
-Risk management, managing project schedules, managing and growing the engineering team through active career planning, mentoring and skills development.
-Demonstrable background interfacing with and getting the best from supplier factories
-A solid understanding of manufacturing methods and materials, project planning, risk management (i.e. DFMEA) and other design controls
-Manage and build strong internal team through active involvement with mentorship, project guidance, inspire through example, infuse creative passion
-Proven ability to drive innovation in the engineering conceptualization stages by pushing technology limits while balancing feasibility criteria such as manufacturability, cost, technology risk, implementation schedule
-A broad view and understanding of the product development process, and effective experience leading multi-disciplined team efforts in the evolution of products from concept through testing, verification and approval
Requirements:
-At least 10 years of engineering product development and project/team management experience, preferably in household electrical appliances, specifically vacuum cleaners
-Ideally possess 4-5 years of direct Pro Engineer Wildfire 3D CAD software experience
-Strong leadership qualities, collaborative work ethic
-Strong language skills, highly proficient in verbal and written English, Mandarin
-Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering Degree
