职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for handling full sets of shipping document.Arrange truck to factory for loading & deliver to customer forwarder warehouse on time
- update Mega system (JDE) of OP receipt, invoice, packing list after delivery
- pick up FCR / OBL for presentation
- Coordinate shipments with merchandisers, appointed freight forwarders, trucker, vendors and MB logistics warehouses.
- merchandisers : provide customer order & ship plan for arrange shipment accordingly
- forwarder : place booking, delivery, pick up FCR / OBL
- trucker : arrange truck to factory as EX work team by vendor
- vendor : provide cargo info as dimension & weight for booking, document for system entry
- MB logistics warehouse : provide cargo status, loading list after delivery for system entry if goods shipped from warehouse.
-Ad-hoc duties if required.
Requirements:
-Min 2 years experience (in Logistics )
-Excellent communication skills (English)
-Strong coordination and expediting skills
