Direct Supply, Inc is the largest provider of equipment and services to the Elderly Healthcare Industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join our entrepreneurial team in the early stages of its exciting development and rapid growth.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will provide outstanding value and service by acting as a liaison customers and our internal team. He/she will determine the demand for products and services offered by Direct Supply and identify potential customers. He/she will also oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Job Duties
1. Identify trends by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements including competitor activities.
2. Build and execute a marketing and promotion strategy to grow Direct Supply brand recognition in China, Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
3. Identify China Senior Living business deals, analyze marketing strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
4. Explore strategic partnerships with other companies, negotiate contracts and manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
5. Develop and maintain sales dashboard with metrics and pipeline.
6. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and responsible for timely and accurate completion of assigned duties and responsibilities of the team members, ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget.
7. Consult with Product Supply and Sales on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
8. Provide backup coverage for Sales Coordinator responding to sales requests when needed.
9. Complete special projects as assigned.

1. Experienced in coordinating and organizing multiple parties to reach a shared goal.
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to make smart, quick decisions independently with limited information or supervision.
3. High sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to escalate issues appropriately to leaders.
4. Ability to self-start and be versatile in a dynamic environment
5. Strong customer service attitude, highly organized with great attention to detail.
6. Energetic and motivated with a desire to succeed
