I. Position Information 职位信息

Job Title: Analyst

Duty Station: Shenzhen, China

Reports to: Supervisor or Manager




II. Functions 工作职责

? Conduct research and compile reports

? Ensure assignments are completed on deadline and to a satisfactory level;

? Assist with developing new research methods and resources;

? Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing

? Handle Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor





III. Competencies /Skills 能力要求

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.

? Autonomous, have initiative and should be able to be a team player

? Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently under pressure as well as to be able to work in a multi-cultural team cheerful and pleasant personality

? Quick and fast learner

? Excellent written and spoken English

? Excellent computer and internet skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

? Holder of at least a Bachelor's degree (pass English Level TEM 8 is preferred)
