Job Description

1.Manage IT infrastructure (including operating system, application software and supporting hardware) for greater China and ensure that these are in compliance with Schleifring and Koerber Standard;

2.Establish and ensure that KSMS IT policy & guideline are in-line with the requirements of Schleifring and Koerber;

3.Budget planning and controlling for IT hardware & software;

4.Identify system requirements and hardware needs in each department; purchase, maintain, manage office electrical equipments and IT equipments;

5.Organize and facilitate the training to the end users; managing and supervising the service support from service provider, including the system upgrading, operation support etc;

6.Maintain and manage the company information system, process related data and manage passwords to ensure the natural service of the network; ensure the safety of electrical data; detect any defects and help to overcome any problems;

7.Work on special projects with global and corporate IT departments;

8.Responsible for software licensing compliance for IT audit and corporate governance;

9.Establishment and maintenance of the company website and intranet

10.Other tasks assigned by Schleifring and Koerber global IT Dept.

Qualifications

1.Have deep knowledge of standard software, ERP system, IT infrastructure and internet/intranet network

2.Fluent at spoken and written English.

3.Good communication skills;

4.Awareness of cost controlling;

5.Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines.

6.Be a good team player.
