TITLE OF THE FUNCTION: Service Manager, Peavey APAC
客服经理，Peavey APAC

POSITIONING IN THE ORGANISATION:
Function belongs to process: APAC
Reporting legally to: Sales Manager (APAC)

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:
ASSIGNMENTS (main responsibilities)
? Setup workshop/store with existing facilities, purchase needed equipment
? Setup service policy and SOP and database
? Manage outsourcing and support business of APAC
? Provide technical support for customers through the selling process
? Act as a reference point for sales persons in region
? Providing on-site technical solutions and trainings to customers
? Providing technical support to sales people in region
? Providing technical customer service，supporting, solving technical issues for sales people as well as customers.

COMPETENCE
Education
? Degree in Sound Engineering, System Integration, Automation, etc
? Related Trainings: PA system training, industry training, etc. Certifications preferred

Work Experience
? Minimum 5 years experience in PA industry, familiar with weak current integration, sound projects and AV engineering projects
? Experience in designing and building PA sound and lighting projects, experience in bidding for projects, capable of completing independently the project design, technical drawing and bidding documents
? Experience in bidding for major projects such as theatres and stadiums
? Substantial experience in customer training

Knowledge
? Familiar with various brands in the industry, knowledge of various products
? Working knowledge of AUTOCAD, EASE, 3DMAX, etc for PA project design and graphics

Abilities (Skills, quality, character )
? Proficiency in office software
? Must speak fluent English
