职位描述
Responsibility:
-Receive visitors and serve for drinks or other requirements when needed
-Communicate with the factory security guard for visitor and car access
-Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff number
-Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and packages; help to send out or transfer the packages when necessary and maintain the record
-Order and maintain the inventory of office supplies
-Make travel arrangements for staff including hotel reservation, airline ticket booking.
-Coordinate the company cars and shuttle bus arrangement, support it timely
-Arrange ad-hoc room bookings, conference room bookings, lunch bookings etc.
-Monitor the cleaner and plant maintainer’s service
-Follow up other Admin duties upon request
Requirement:
-Can do internship at least 2 months.
-Good Command of English skill
-Major in Human resource, administration or English.
-Proactive, patience and service-minded
