Job Responsibility

1. 培训和指导PQ按相关的流程或标准处理、解决质量问题；

Train and instruct PQ to disposing and solving the issues according related procedure or standard;

2. 培训和指导PQ积极参与APDS过程，作为项目小组成员，实施质量功能；

Train and instruct PQ to be actively involved in the APDS-process as a APDS project team member

representing the quality function.

3. 监督PQ相关活动符合Autoliv和顾客要求；

Supervise PQ related activities to meet Autoliv and customer requirements;

4. 给予PQ支持，正确使用质量工具和质量方法，快速解决质量问题；

Support PQ to use quality tools/method correctly to solve the problems quickly;

5. 识别项目中和量产过程中的质量风险，组织相关的质量活动进行持续改进.

Identify quality risk in project phase and mass production, organize relative quality activities to do

continue improvement.

6. 支持和指导OQA检验组工作，使检验组增强质量意识，有效地实施检验工作；

Support and Instruct OQA group works, enhance them quality minding and do inspection work effectively.

7. 负责变更管理在PQ方面的正确实施，确保变更无延迟和无呆滞库存产生；

Be responsible for the change management to be implemented correctly on PQ side, ensure change

With no delay and no dead stock occurrence.

8. 给予CQS支持，及时处理、解决客户抱怨；

Support CQS team work, timely dispose and solve customer complain;

9. 必要时，负责配合整车厂处理最终用户抱怨，并及时向管理层汇报；

If need, responsible for cooperate with OEM to dispose field complain;

10. 必要时，负责工厂客户质量审核的接待工作；

If need, responsible for reception of quality audit from customer;

11. 负责相关流程的制订、维护和更新，并指导相关人员遵循；

Be responsible to create & maintain & update relative procedure, instruct relative persons to follow;

12. 参与本部门业务计划的制订和持续改进；

Participate in drawing dept. work plan and continuous improvement program;

13. 负责拒收库的日常管理，确保实物和QAD系统的准确性；

Be responsible to manage quarantine area, ensure physical parts and QAD system compliance &

corrective;

Educational Background

机械、汽车类本科或以上学历；

Bachelor degree major in mechanical, automotive engineering;

Requirements

1. 5年以上生产质量管理经验；

Min.5 years’ experience in production quality management;

2. 精通TS16949质量体系和过程审核,有内审员证书；

Familiar with TS16949 quality system and process audit, with internal auditor certificate;

3. 熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系；

Familiar with EHS , ISO14001 and OHSAS18001;

4. 较强组织协调能力和团队合作精神；

Good negotiation and communication skills;

5. 英语良好。

Good spoken and written English.
