Employment – full time









Key Responsibility




Communicate with business regarding business requirements, rules, procedures and ensure that the business & system proposals complete of good quality with business understandable way

Provide professional consulting on business processes

Evaluate requirement and support business to get approval from internal circle

Supports the business department with the creation of the end-user “how-to’s”, and communication and training, as interface for key user team to provide IT solution

Be a business system analyst, coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, implementation preparation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction

Help program developers understand business and IT processes

Provide solution options and create high quality designs and build in solution to meet business requirements

Monitor project status &progress presenting project progress to business and line functions

Working in international teams and set-up positive cooperation culture for project

Support and follow up with company regulation, policies during project implementation

Lead and supporting bidding process, and steering external partners when supplier on board in company

Coordinate with BMW AG for global template alignment

Verify and perform the standard plans and procedures

Participate in / or lead Quality Assurance reviews










Qualification




Professional SAP knowledge, better to have deep know-how of FI/CO, SD, MM function

Deep understanding of IT project management methodology.

Good understanding of the IT system change and release management process.

Good communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Broad basis of technical qualifications (SAP, Java, C++, Web Services, ORACLE, .Net,)

Strong presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint)

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Experience in relevant IT project, more than 3 full cycle SAP projects experience

Knowhow in business processes in related area

Experience in project management, especially in IT project management

Working experience in automobile company is a plus
