Delivery of International Mobility Client Service in North Asia for the assigned countries or areas e.g. mainland of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan;

？ Accountable for IM client service and transactional delivery of IM ensuring seamless delivery of IM to all assignees into, out of and within the country: timely service initiation, organize policy and compensation briefing, deal with any IM related inquiry from assignee, communicate IM process, instruct payroll, follow up issue, feed back solution or help mange expectation and make sure the compliance in legal, tax and etc. ？ Responsible for data management and data quality for IM in conjunction with their counterpart in the home / host location. Be able to manage mass data from multiple resources and covering different countries in an accurate manner. ？ Provide solution based resolution to issues including first level advice on policy application. Interpret policy consistently and advise solution or local application within the boundary of global IM policy simultaneously in compliance. Bring input or proposal for North Asia local application setup or improvement. ？ Provide advice and guidance to BU/Segments on types of policy and cost effectiveness to the business, develop and maintain relationship with BFHR and country HR. Regular catch up with BFHR / country HR on assignee's movement, support business deployment with IM solution and etc. ？ Coordinate team the vendor management: collect and record issues from team, assignees, BFHR, coordinate regular review meeting with each service providers and follow up process improvement from vendor. ？ Maintain and update IM policy interpretation materials, improve team centralized process, e.g. immigration, tax, payment ？ Support IM project in country e.g. Conduct IM related training and etc.

Educational background Bachelor degree or above

Experience (years and nature) At least 3-5 years end to end international mobility experience with a large multifunctional group; knowledge of expatriate immigration, taxation, policy and process Experience of operating in a team structure sharing knowledge and with the ability to challenge in a positive way to achieve cost effectiveness Experience of providing and maintaining accurate data Experience of project management and portfolio management
