职位描述
岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Supporting and Helping TTT (Train the Trainers) delivery for both OEM partners and our suppliers
2. Creating Solution Scenario Contents to prevent Windows 10 volume and to reduce MPI in Windows 10 call
3. Helping to Localize training materials and Solution Scenario contents for Both OEM and MS Call center
4. Being the SME for a product or technology
5. Driving solution awareness at technical support
6. Solving technical problems escalated from outsource partners through the global escalation process
7. Reporting on top issues and trends
8. Support delivering and collaborating on new tech training
9. Developing action plans for improvements by developing trainings, solutions and processes for outsource partners
岗位要求Requirements
1. Fluency in Chinese & English required.
2. At least 2 Year experience in Windows Technical support
3. Outgoing, passionate about technology, continuous learning and development, approachable, collaborative
4. Will be effective and responsive under deadlines, have strong writing skills, an ability to be creative and strong numerical and analytical skills for in-depth data analysis
5. Ability to handle escalated issues within a timely manner while staying within current established guidelines/parameters.
6. Strong analytical ability and effective at using multiple data sources to drive change
7. Passion for driving product, workflow, content and policy enhancements that benefit consumers and suppliers
8. Ability to troubleshoot and reproduce moderate to complex technical issues
9. Perseveres in completing tasks, even in the face of resistance or setbacks
10. Ability to coach and develop suppliers’ technical knowledge and ability
11. Deep technical knowledge in MS products and services
12. Ability to work effectively with a broad and diverse team
