岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Work close /assist with Tools PM in Tokyo (report to) to have appropriate coordination in tools configuration for new creation, modify current and termination.
2. Handling escalation from Supplier/MS internal member to have appropriate engagement to escalation point/member/team, etc.
3. Attend meeting with internal/external members to have up to date info and collect appropriate info around tools and operation.
4. Access permission management for tools.

岗位要求Requirements
1. A minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technology discipline.
2. Within 2-4 years working experience in supporting software and using internal/external tools.
3. Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint design, OneNote, skill is required.
4. Experience with material creation and operational process in Visio will be considered as a
5. plus.
6. Experience in customer support understanding customer pain and sympathy to have issue
7. Good communication skills to assist users and work effectively in a team environment
