职位描述
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review & analyze, internal promotion, external hires, market benchmarking
- Optimize C&B policies based on business needs. Periodically review C&B process to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency
- Keep track of market compensation and benefit trend and regulations
- Calculate the sales commission and year-end bonus. Provide valuable suggestions on the commission and bonus policy design/review and employee performance evaluation
- Coordination internal communication between management team and staff. Provide professional consultancy advice and service to internal customers
- Promote company culture, value, news, guidelines, announcement through diversified employee communication channels
- Be responsible for Performance Management Process, support the Talent Excellence Platform
- Regularly review and update the HR relative policies, Employee Manual, HR internal processes with professional suggestions and ownership
- Supervise and manage all company administrative issues to make sure the smooth operations of the company
- Lead the team of office assistants across China, lead and develop the team
- Other assigned tasks by HR manager
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline in which business knowledge and an understanding of human resource practices are gained
2. At least five year experience in HR function. 2 years working experience on Compensation and Benefits, Employee Performance Management
3. Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
4. Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment and effectively interface with all levels of managers
5. Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
6. Down to earth and good execution ability, familiar with administrative tasks
7. Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
8. Good English Ability in writing and speaking
