职位描述

The Receptionist and Admin ensures a safe, productive, and comfortable environment by managing daily office operations, supplies, and by supporting all office employees and customers that come to the office to enjoy the Globe China office environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensures the overall comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the office environment.
2. Direct incoming calls and visitors to the correct person without delay or confusion.
3. Takes messages to ensure employees can call back customers and colleagues if they

are away from their desk.

4.Ensures that the Reception area looks excellent and supports the company’s values to take great care of customers and employees
5. Orders and disperses office supplies on an as need basis
6. Ensures that office supplies are fully stocked and in good quality, update telephone directory information.
7. Assist HR Administrator to manage the staff personal file and establish the management of employees file
8. Responsible for sending document by carrier and receiving documents, newspaper, and mail.
9. Assist staff in making document copies or scans
10. Record the employee’s attendance information and submit to director in the end of the month.
11. Arrange business trip schedule for director, including tickets and reservations.
12. Manage conference room
13. Coordinate After Hour and Holiday Phone responsibilities.
14. Order and Supply company commentary (water, lunch, etc).
15. Communication with building management and cleaner.
16. Enter expenses into local sever.
17. Work accounting department to file documents.
18. Run errands for the company.
19. Key into expenses of air tickets, postage, office supplies per entity in local sever
20. Consolidated weekly physical count sheets
21. Any other jobs assigned by director.

The requirements are as follows:

- Integrity, team work spirit.

- Above college degree;
- Able to use English as work language, good oral English is a plus.
- Ability for teamwork, love for diligent and detailed work
- Experience in law firm and office management is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting, tax
- Good knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, accounting software, etc.
