Job Description:
1.Manage product development process from concept to mass production.
2.Communicate project status with Product Manager in U.S. and other internal teams
3.Work independently to finalize design and specs for brand new product of home appliance; work with factories and internal teams to finalize product spec and QA planWork with factories and internal teams to finalize product spec and QA plan
4.Work with factories and internal teams to do design review / evaluation and cost analysis.
5.Work with factories to create realistic development schedule, and closely monitor / participate in each stage.
6.Manage routine buying projects, work with factories and internal teams to finalize product spec, QA plan and solve routine quality issues.
7.Travel Requirements: Frequently

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or above degree in mechanical/electrical engineering , 3+ years working experience with mechanical design / manufacturing, household appliance industry is preferred.
2.Familiar with at least one of the 3D software: Pro/E, UG/NX, Solidworks
3.Familiar with manufacturing process of plastic parts, aluminum casting parts, and other metal parts
4.Preferably with experience of electric appliances and familiar with UL, EN safety standards
5.Preferably with experience of project management skills in an international company
6.Good skill in English reading and writing, fluent speaking is a plus.
7.Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
8.Good communication skills and good team player
