岗位职责:

"Your Responsibilities:
As a member of ASIC design engineer, you are responsible for audio codec and audio related subsystem algorithm development.
You will be working closely with analog engineers, DSP algorithm engineers, software integration engineers to guarantee the performance of our audio/voice product on customer target platform. You will need to define the micro architecture, audio algorithm, RTL implement and verification. You will be involving in various design stages including synthesis, timing analysis, formal verification, test pattern generation and silicon validation. You will have opportunities to develop FPGA system or prototyping for communication product.
- Design and improve audio quality of new and existing products.
- Audio performance tuning, verification and optimization from algorithm level.
- Research, design, and prototype audio subsystems for new products.
- Utilize industry standard test equipment to perform mobile devices objective voice/audio tests against mobile carrier specifications.
- Perform thorough analysis on test results and provide comprehensive test reports.
- Cooperate with teams in other sites to solve the customer issues.

"Your Profile:
1. Academic/Professional Qualification:
Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, prefer majority related to audio and acoustic area.
2. Work Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in audio technologies, specifically in mobile phone platforms audio codec development, test and tuning
- Thorough basic knowledge of signal processing and wireless network.
- Logic Design using HDL, Verilog.
- Experience in synthesis, STA, formal verification, DFT and top integration.
- Good C/C++ and Matlab skills.
- Experience in scripting.
- Knowledge of DSP and communication is a plus.
- Experience in audio/voice processing is a plus."
