岗位要求：


1.两至三年以上海外指定货海运客服工作经验。
2.熟悉物流/货代行业及具体运作。
3.能够使用流利的英文熟练处理国外代理及海外分公司的邮件，具备高度的服务意识,服务好国内外客户。
4.大学专科毕业，具有良好的英语读写能力。（英语四级或以上）
5.个性成熟稳定，良好的沟通能力及技巧，具较高工作责任心及团队精神。

Job Duty:


1.Handle export shipment customer service and customers complaints
2.Follow procedure as per SOP and other specified customers requirements
3.Alert for loading port issues, service alterations, and other adverse external factors
4.Report service failure and other exceptions
5.Provide other specified special reports


Requirements:


1.College graduate & CET-4 ,CET-6 or above level,good written English.
2.At least 2-3 years logistics experience in Ocean Freight.
3.Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications.
4.Flexible, capable of team work and performance under pressure.
5.Mature and positive personality, excellent interpersonal skill, good team spirit.
