职位描述
Key Responsibilities
l Assess training needs of retail supervisors and shop staff both internally and at dealers
l Customize global & regional training tools and material for use in China
l Create new training material in China as appropriate
l Train the retail supervisors and the retail sales staff at the shops on selling techniques, customer service, brand ideals, etc.
l Work with Visual Merchandise and Merchandising to integrate VM and product principles into sales training.
l Liaise with outside mystery shopper consultancy to identify gaps and appropriate training needs.
l Evaluate & follow up training result, improve training effect continuously
l Process staff training following up, feedback, build up training record
l Improve the training process.
Requirements
l College degree and above, major in Arts, Pedagogy, Business Administration, HR or related
l 3+ years sales/retail staff training experience. (Prefer 5+ years for more senior Shanghai position)
l Experience in related retail environment preferred (jewelry, watches, accessories) preferred but not required.
l Exposure to training needs analysis and other soft skill training
l Ability to adapt global & regional material to local requirements; exposure to designing and composing some training courses independently
l Self-motivated, takes initiative, energetic and action-oriented individual
l Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and project management skills
l Good command of Mandarin & English (both written & spoken).
l Skilled in MS Office
