Responsibilities:

*Follow up NPL collection issue, keep chasing better ways to maximize Kbank`s benefit.

*Assist to providing legal opinions to business development, especially the legal risk analysis to the waiver items

*Arrange the appraisal and insurance renewal of NPL case collateral; Arrange approval process of bad debt writing off.

*Prepare simple legal document or agreement for legal process or negociation between debtor /interest realted party and our bank

*Report NPL case progress&NPL cases related data, especially making the WEM ppt/report to external regulator

*Analyse the forseeable losses of NPL cases

*Urge external law firm to drive on the litigation process; especially for important timing management, such as perservation time, reply period and re-freezing deadline.

*Responsible for external payment, especially for the approval process of litigation cost, and responsible for internal reinbursement

Qualifications:

*Bachelor`s degree in Law. Passed the China national judicial examination is a preference.

*1-2 years` law firm woking experience, or 1-2 years` relevant legal working experience

*Detail-oriented; Good command of office software, especially PowerPoint; good English communication skill.
