职位描述

（1）项目质量工程师（PQE）负责项目质量标准和质量控制的制定。 

（2）PQE与服务组织、服务供应链和项目管理组合作，通过实施过程控制和制定质量保证计划，持续改进关键系统部件的性能（增加寿命周期、减少报废、改进维修过程）。 

（3）PQE负责处理顾客投诉，改进质量控制计划。 

（4）该职位需要领导技能，使PQE能够推动重大质量改进项目职能和实体（MDI、供应商、CM…）。 

（5）该职位还需要与客户沟通的能力。 

职位描述 

（1）与项目经理合作，在新项目开始时评估新产品。 

（2）新项目评估后，从建立验收质量等级（AQL）开始，建立新的项目质量标准和体系。建立PPAP和IPQC计划，以便制定生产标准和系统计划。 

（3）培训供应商有效执行供应商纠正措施要求（SCAR）、纠正措施预防措施（CAPA）、失效模式和影响分析（FMEA）。 

（4）与制造工程部合作，发起并跟踪供应商纠正措施（SCAR），以确保完整有效的根本原因分析和纠正措施的实施。 

（5）负责推动所有供应商和CM工作的纠正措施和预防措施（CAPA）过程。 

（6）对供应商质量体系进行定期审核，以确保供应商持续符合质量体系要求。 

（7）了解/处理客户对优质服务的投诉 

（8）与供应商保持积极的关系和有效的沟通渠道：以伙伴关系为导向的安排 

（9）与主要客户保持良好关系 

（10）配合改进项目，帮助供应商不断减少

Position Description

(1) The Project Quality Engineer (PQE) is responsible for Project Quality Standard and Quality control Development.

(2) The PQE works with the Service Organization, Service Supply Chain & Project Management Group to continuously improve performance of key system components (increase lifecycle, reduce scrap, improve repair processes) by implementing process controls and develop quality assurance plans.

(3) The PQE handle customer complaint and improve on quality control plan.

(4) This position requires leadership skills that would enable the PQE to drive major Quality improvement projects function and entities (MDI, Suppliers, CM’s…).

(5) The position also needs the ability to communicate with customer.

Job Description

(1) Co-work with PM to evaluate new product when new project starts

(2) Build up new project Quality Stand and System from Setup Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) after new project evaluation. Setup PPAP and IPQC Plan In order to have production standard and system planning.

(3) Train Suppliers to effectively execute Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

(4) Initiate and follow-up Supplier Corrective Actions (SCAR) in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

(5) Responsible for driving the Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) process for all Suppliers and CM’s working.

(6) Perform periodic audits of Supplier Quality Systems for the purpose of assuring continued Supplier conformance to the quality system requirements.

(7) Know/Handle customer complains for quality service

(8) Keep positive relationships and effective lines of communication with suppliers: Partnership-oriented arrangements

(9) Keep good relationship with key customers

(10) Coordinate with improvement project to help vendor reduce variably.
