POSITION SUMMARY
1. Standby at FedEx Trade Networks Warehouse Facility to act as a bridge among vendors/factories, clients and company, to make sure warehousing, value-added and distribution services meet FedEx Trade Networks agreed requirement (SOP), and the customers' requirement (SOP).
2. Coordinate with 2PL warehouse team and customs team to ensure daily operations include but not limited to receiving, tallying, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping activities are in line with standard and agreed requirement and as smooth as possible so as to meet service excellence as per customer's KPI performance requirement.
3. Support Solutions, Design and Implementation manager or Immediate Team Lead on ad-hoc project and tasks as required so as to ensure full successful solution to be presented and implemented as per required.


RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compile regular reports as requested (can be from Excel spreadsheet or Global Distribution System in MGTD)
2. Compile track and trace shipping data input into GDS (in MGTD system)
3. Handle daily operations of assigned accounts.
4. As per request by immediate supervisor, assist issuance and preparation of invoice and submit to immediate supervisor / manager's approval before sending out to customer
5. Coordinate with vendors / factories to collect necessary documentations for customs clearance and declaration into or out of FedEx Trade Networks warehouse.
6. Provide assistance to immediate supervisor to handle daily email communication among factories / vendors, customers, and warehouse service provider(s) when needed.
7. Act as a service check point person to monitor cargo receiving and shipping activities as well as other operational activities when requested are in line with SOP requirement.
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or SD&I manager


REQUIREMENTS
1. College or above.
2. Above 3 years relative working experience in logistics industry.
3. At least 1 year working experience in warehouse and distribution center of China or related area is preferable.
4. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Good), both written and spoken.
5. Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
6. Customs Service Skill and Competency is an Asset
7. Good communication and problem solving skill.
8. Can work on assigned task independently with minimal support or supervision
9. Can be work under pressure and willing to work overtime
10.Time management skills.
11.Result and action oriented.
12.Teamwork sprit.
