Job Titile: Marketing Analyst/市场分析员 (14000914)Basic Purpose and Function: Assist the APAC product management and sales teams in the development of product and market strategies by conducting market analysis while providing “day-to-day” support to help manage the marketing mix and improve decision making by Marketing/Product Management V.P. and Product Management teams.Major Responsibility1. Research APAC economy, industry, market, customer and competitor information for all product categories (hot or cold side).2. Analyze monthly product sales reports for trends affecting the company.3. Identify, analyze, and track industry trends of equipment purchases, competition, distribution, customer segments and chain accounts.4. Responsible for Voice of the Customer (VOC) process regarding new product introduction and existing product improvement.5. Working with product managers to establish pricing recommendations that meet profit objectives and are competitive in the market place.6. Develop structure and content of price lists to interface with Manitowoc Marketing team.7. Maintain all equipment prices.Qualifications1. Bachelor's Degree, Sales/Marketing background, 4+Y related experience.2. Excellent analytical and probalem solving skills. Excellent written, verbal and computer skills.
