Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist/市场策划专员 (14000913)Basic Purpose and Function: The Marketing Communications Specialist role is responsible for creating and managing a variety of marketing communication tools to support the selling of products and services APAC. Some of the tools to be created and coordinated include photos, brochures and collateral, website content, newsletters, email campaigns, Looking Up magazine and trade shows. This candidate must have previous design and project coordination experience within a marketing department or similar organization and be able to manage a number of diverse projects simultaneously, adapt to rapid change and handle detail-oriented projects independently and accurately.Major Responsibility1. Coordinate and align with global marketing team on global marketing strategies, standards and processes, including product positioning, messaging, branding, digital media, and events.2. Print and On-Line Advertising Development and Placement Collateral Development (Spec sheets, brochures), Price Lists, Printing, Fulfillment.3. Web Site development and management.4. Trade Show support and coordination. Assist marketing managers and sales managers in planning and executing shows. Arrange for shipment of literature and promotional materials, help with pre-show promotional materials and coordinate on-site show activities as necessary.5. Assist in planning and coordinating internal events (such as sales meetings), customer events.Qualifications1. Bachelor's Degree,sales/marketing background.2. 3-5 Years related experience.3. Technical or college training in the following computer illustration software preferred. Expertise in Microsoft office products including Microsoft Project. Experience with both Apple and PC operating systems preferred. Event management and project management skills required in order to manage and coordinate seminars, dealer meetings, and small trade shows.4. Willingness to travel at least two - four weeks per year.5. Strong communication and listening skills required.
