Major Responsibilities:

- Develop Body and Paint Training concept and strategy to ensure the staff qualification in term of technical competence and skill according the BMW requirement and market needs.

- Body and Paint internal and external trainers development and management to ensure the trainer performance and training quality up to BMW standard.

- Body and Paint Training planning and coordination of the training internally and externally for BMW base on the training need analysis of the market.

- Lead the team to develop and adapt the body paint training courses base on the training requirement.

- Budget planning and Finance control for Body and Paint training.

- Other Project assigned by line managers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above major in Engineering, Chemical or equivalent.

- Extensive working experience in automotive retail and wholesale business.

- Minimal 5 year training management working experience.

- Hands-on high level managerial experiences

- Solid BMW product knowledge.

- Profound Knowledge of training needs analysis, planning, organization, system, curriculum design and delivery.

- In-depth understanding of Aftersales business, especially in workshop area.

- Able to take new challenge and new tasks required by BMW and Market with great orientation as service provider for best solution and result.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Certificated BMW trainer.

- Creative, flexible, reliable, open minded and sharing information.

- Work productive under high pressure.

- Maintain the positive outlook at work.
