Mission：
㈠ Key Liaison between Customer and VALEO R&D (mechanics, electronics and software) and VALEO Project Team, ensure efficient information flow between Customer and VALEO
㈡ Support Customers’ validation and test activities
㈢ Strong mechanical and electronic consultancy of customer engineering to reconciliate Customers’ and
VALEO interests
Responsibilities：
⑴ Act as key technical liaison between Valeo and customer engineering in order to optimize communication, data and document transfer as well as design processes.
⑵ Act as key technical liaison to other Customer departments / work groups: functional SW, diagnostic SW, HW and electronics, quality, lab testing, functional vehicle testing, field vehicle testing, vehicle diagnostics, vehicle wiring, styling
⑶ Clarify mechanical and electrical interfaces (e.g. steering column/steering wheel, Connector interfaces) with the Customer and ITC
⑷ Provide technical support and assistance to customer engineering and validation departments
⑸ Represent Valeo R&D and Project at the Customer, preserves VALEO interests
⑹ Participate to Customer / ITC Meetings (R&D and Project)
⑺ Ensures that Customers’ and ITC development and validation processes are respected
⑻ Support all activities necessary to manage the testing / validation of ITC product at the Customer as well as vehicle integration
⑼ On-site plant support for design, assembly and testing of ITC product in the pre-production build phases.
⑽ Support of engineering change requests, co-ordinate the change activities at the customer and support the flawless introduction of engineering changes at the Customer (mechanics, SW, electronics)
⑾ Coordinates the creation and maintenance of customer component drawings and CAD models of ITC products within the vehicle digital buck and resolves any packaging issues together with the customer packaging engineers
⑿ Works together with Valeo and customer specialists to resolve SOP production issues via PDCA process. Supports customer release.
⒀ Checks immediate stock situation at plant and advises customer on appropriate containment actions in co-ordination with plant quality
⒁ Ensures customer design releases and collates/reviews Initial Sample Report submissions packages with customer.
Requirements:
⑴ Mechanical design or electronic education background
⑵ Professional experience in the automotive industry ideally 2-3 years,total working experience at least 3 years
⑶ Experience on system/sub system development projects of mechatronic products
⑶ Experience in product quality management
⑸ Ability to work in team, autonomous and pro-active
