JOB SCOPE:

Import/export license application, such as "CCC”, “CCC exemption “license, battery certificate and others which customs declaration need.
Check the Chinese name, HS code, Element of Customs declaration for import /export shipments.
Maintain and adhere to company import & export operation process.
Reply sales/customers message about their cargo clearance and delivery of consulting.
Check the invoice and shipping documents for Customs Declaration
Monitor the performance of Forwarder , Broker and 3PL.

Ensure all Import and export activities compliance relevant law and regulation. Follow up latest Import & export policy.

Monitor transit shipment closely and notice all parties if any abnormal case or delay

Solve the problems during the shipments transportation including import & export issues.

Audit import and export transaction documents to identify discrepancies and resolve these with Singapore/Corporate teams.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES / COMPETENCIES

College degree or above.

5 years and above experience in import/export operations or related function in Electronics Industry Familiar with related laws and regulation.

Good command of the English & mandarin language and PC skills.

Proactive mind and quick learner.

Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Attention to detail, dependability and tenacity
