Job Summary

Responsible for training & recruitment issue of North China, and result in high performance teams to support company's strategic goals, objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

Knowledge of Human resource management.
Have knowledge storage of contract logistics and freight management optimization.
Knowledge of National and Local labor law.
Have relevant training agent resource and have good relationship with them.
Good presentation and coaching skills, ability to deliver relevant training course to employee within N. China.
Professional interviewing skills, with modern interview concept.
Strong analysis; negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Well developed ability to work independently.
Results orientation and detailed orientation
Quick learner, creative thinker, ready & able to flexibly work in demanding have a mature and positive working attitude
Strong leadership and organization skill
Warm-heartedness and open-mindedness are essential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct training need analysis through training need survey or interview with manager and employee to carry out and implement training & development plan.
Develop and select new training techniques and appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training; and suggest enhancements to existing training programs
Research and select outside training agent, consultants or trainers to conduct training in specific topics
Deliver training curriculum in person including but not limited to orientation training for new employee, on-going programs for staff, and interview training for supervisors above.
Develop and select internal trainers to conduct internal training
Update and file relevant training documents, reports and record to ensure an organized database of training management.
Work closely with HR manager to implement and monitor recruitment campaigns / projects to provide professional recruitment services to meet the Company's short-term and mid-term business and people needs.
Build and develop recruitment channel, maintain good relationship with college, employment agencies and internet-recruitment agencies.
Select effective recruitment channels and tools, conducts interviews and assessments to find out the right person for the right position.
Communicate closely with HOD/station manager to understand their needs and demand for talent.
Track recruitment performance regularly and measures its effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
Screening candidates, recommend shortlist to HOD/station manager, arrange and implement interview.
Make reference check, instruct and receive on-board new employee.
Participate in drafting job descriptions and update it regularly.
Ensure all training and recruitment procedure is performed in compliance with company policy, labor laws and regulations
Buildup and Lead various employee welfare and recreational activities to enhance teamwork and employee morale, such as annual dinner, manager meeting, team building, birthday party and outing etc.
Organize and draft relevant article or message in CEVA Times, newsletter or other internal magazine.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in HR, business management or related major.
More than 3 years working experience in multination company and at least 2 years in recruiting and training Function, have trainer experience is preferred.
Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)
Trainer qualification certification

Languages and Communication Skills

Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English,
Good communication skills,
Ability to rapidly assimilate information and respond question.
