Responsibilities:

Plans, develops and coordinates HR initiatives in support of strategic business goals.

Provides strategic business partner, service broker and field employee/labor relations services for clients.

Articulates implications of HR programs, communicates programs and implications, adapts programs as necessary to client organization needs within defined program boundaries, and assists management in implementing HR program changes.

Effectively interprets and communicates business group needs and identifies or assists in crafting appropriate solutions with CoE to meet needs.

Maintains awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR management theory and methods, and provide suitable interpretation to staff within the organization.

Execute effective local Talent Management initiatives in line with the global strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline.

Provide support and guidance to the relevant local management thus enabling them to contribute to the talent management agenda including accelerating development of high potentials and cross SBU people movements.

Qualifications:

University degree or above with at least 10 years of experience in Human Resources in a multinational environment, relevant experience as an HR partner is preferred

Solid business acumen and strategic agility and perspective.

Broad experience in developing and implementing change management initiatives and upgrade organizational capabilities.

Demonstrated results orientation and high level of energy / passion.

Demonstrated ability to adapt the HR direction to the needs of the business organization.

Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaboration and cross-functional skills.

Excellent communication and influence skills.

Strong English & Mandarin language capability.
