Principal Accountabilities
1. Work as project leader; be responsible for the overall project management for the assigned SA strategic and key projects in Embest.
2. Work as contact window for customer and PF colleague; be responsible for the both technical and commercial communication between Embest and customer/partner.
3. Be responsible for the project implementation in Embest ,and work to deliver project on best timing ,cost and quality:
oCoordinate Embest internal R&D and operation resources to evaluate project opportunity , write project proposal and project planning ,
oWork with procurement team ,do cost evaluation ,make quotation ,cost down and increase profit
oFollow up the R&D project schedule, support the communication of technical side.
oFollow up product manufacturing and delivery, align customer on the production delivery.
oLead the team assigned to the projects and day-to-day training and improvement with the target of customer satisfaction.
oData collection and analysis report as assistance to management for strategy mapping and guideline work-out.
oSupport of corporate roles work related and fast response of task.
oSupport customer on RMA

Skills, Know How and experience:
?Bachelor or master degree ,EE or computer science related back ground ,10 years + working experience , with tracking record of experience of handling project with value of USD 20M+ .
?At least 10+ years’ experience in project management , leadership competence to coordinate R&D ,engineering, souring, purchasing, production, quality control ,logistics and partner management etc. Dedicated and good logical thinking and people management skill.
?Experienced in project management, skilled in system project implementation and management, know how on cost, schedule and risk control and management.
?Experience in multinational company, and worked previously in leading EMS Company in project management role.
?Good English in both writing and speaking, can work in complete English environment.
?Good communication skill, good team player ,and strong leadership in project team, and ability to work in pressure and tight timeline.
?Skilled in MS Office and good presentation skill.
?Locate in Shenzhen ,China.
