Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

· Centralize program basis training, qualification, audit and drive systematically improvement.

· Responsible and respond to clients’ complaint and CAR.

· Work with PM and KAM to maintain program health services.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

· Responsible for QA related issues of the assigned programs.

· Work on audit Checklist, prepare Audit Plan, conduct internal audit and drive corrective/preventive actions base on the requirement of the assigned programs.

· Centralize manage following aspects for the assigned programs:

-Centralized develop processes for the assigned program.

-Provide centralized training to all offices about program requirement.

-Centralized qualification for Inspectors and Auditors base on client program requirement.

-Centralized audit all offices’ job base on client program requirement. The audit included but not limited to IR audit, Inspection Report audit, Factory Audit Report audit.

-Centralized the investigation for clients’ complaint, found out solution and drive improvement in global operations.

-Case sharing to global offices to improve the operation and service.

· Responsible for the CAR received from client. Work with operation and functional teams on investigation, and respond to client with quality CAR within the required timeline. Monitor the implementation progress and efficiency of the corrective actions and preventive actions base on the approved CAR.

· Manage program scorecard. Conduct CAR analysis and drive systematically improvement.

· Work with Global QA and Local QA to compliance with company quality policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

· University qualification with over 8+ years works experience.

· Work experience must include 5+ years experience in inspections or auditing business at a technical and operational level.

· Experience in internal auditing of systems and processes.

· Good interpersonal and very good communication skills in English, written and oral proficiency

· A team player able to work effectively across different cultures, departments, functions and environments.

· Experience with QA systems implementation & maintenance relating to ISO9000 or 17020.

· Experience in the development of training material and programs.

· Able to conduct in-house training on quality, operational and technical issues and able to sell ideas and convince.

· Experience in Hardline products and manufacturing process.

· Methodical and logical thought process.
