Position: Customer Service-Dior/Guerlain
Location: Shanghai Chuansha office with Shuttle Bus


Purpose:
? Communicate with Brand, customers and warehouse team, to ensure on time in full delivery to counters.
? Ensure input orders accurately and timely in system
? Participate in monthly closing. Run relevant report to report period sales figures to both sales marketing team and official.
? Attend monthly brand meeting, to review with brand regarding order received to delivery status, complaints, KPIs, new launch preparation, etc.

Main Responsibilities:
? Key contact person between Logistics and Brands
? Communicate and follow up urgent order and special request by customers.
? Daily sales order and gratis order issue according to sales & marketing team allocation and request.
? Cost and price update operation in time
? Participate in monthly closing.
? Analyze monthly order fulfillment result including on time delivery, damage rate, transportation method, order and units quantity, delivery discrepancy, returns, etc. Provide implementation proposal based on result.

Basic Requirements:
? Customer oriented
? Good communication skill
? Strong problem solving skill
? Advanced Excel skill. Pay details to numbers and patient on system input for daily work
? College graduate in logistics management or equivalent
? Experience with SAP and JDE system and business flow
? At least 3 years experience in logistics or customer service area
