I.职位描述：

1. 提供销售分析和预测数据。Provide revenue analysis and forecast report by category, item, region and customer.
2. 提供产品毛利分析数据。Provide margin analysis report by category and item.
3. 提供采购和库存的分析和预测报告，按产品线准备DIO报表。 Prepare purchase and stock analysis and forecast report, provide DIO report by product category.
4. 计算和核对分销商返利和销售人员奖金。Calculate and check distributor rebate and sales commission.
5. 协助财务预测与预算。Assist in the financial forecasting/budgeting process.
6. 协助完成提高财务工作流程和新政策的建立。Assist in the improvement on finance process and new policy setup.

II.任职资格：
1、 财务、会计、商业或信息系统专业。Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting， business or Information Systems.
2、 良好的分析技能。Good analytical skills.
3、 熟练操作计算机尤其是Excel。 Proficient in computer operation, especially in Excel.
4、 良好的沟通技巧和流利的中英文说写能力。Good communication skills with good command of English and Mandarin.

III.经验：
1、 最少1-2年外资企业相关工作经验。At least 1 or 2 year related working experience in financial analysis of similar industry
2、 对有海外学习或会计事务所经历并具备快速学习能力者，工作经验的要求可以适当放宽。The working experience requirements can be relaxing if the candidate has study abroad or consulting firm experience with quick learning ability.
3、有SAP和Hyperion经验，但并不是必须的。SAP and Hyperion is preferred, but not necessary.

IV.其他技能：
1、工作独立性强，能适应快速的工作环境。Able to work independently in fast paced environment
2、工作认真努力、条理性和主动性强，善于发现和跟踪并解决问题。Hard-working, prioritize tasks and be proactive on follow up on issues.
