Job Duty:
1.Technically responsible for the software project execution with supplier and in house development team. Develop and track the software project management plan with ODM supplier according to overall project plan
2.Support the SW requirement development, track and manage SW change requests, ensure the availability in ODM supplier. Support the project related architecture alignment, key component selection, IPR/DFMEA activities and risks management
3.Review SW validation plan, test spec, test case and test reports. Drive and follow up in SW release management for IPD and Maintenance. Support ODM supplier in analysing and resolving technical issues.
4.Monitor the SW progress, provide clarity and transparency of SW project status and maturity, ensure SW related deliverables can meet SW requirement with quality
5.Contribute towards team competence build-up to meet business needs and act compliantly with the departmental and project processes

Job requirement：
1.Bachelor or above of Engineering/ Technology (EE/CS/IT is preferred)
2.6-8 years of software development experience in CE industry, >3 years of embedded real-time system, at least 1 years as SW project leader and SW supplier management experience
3.Familiar with software project management and development processes.
4.Experience in SW engineering, development experience in C, proven track record in using advanced processors like ARM/MIPS is preferred
5.Strong background in software engineering processes and testing methodologies
6.Knowledge of HDMI, BT, WiFi, DLNA, CD, DVD, BD, Flash, and Streaming service in home cinema and home video products, also Network protocols Audio/Video codec/format knowhow.
7.Familiar with software testing with quality conscious
8.Familiar with product development and quality tools (e.g. DFMEA, ICAL, PAR ... & etc.)
