职位描述
Responsibilities
1.Follow up customer's orders to ensure the on time shipment 跟进客户订单,确保装载货运按时到达。
2.Track the cargo delivery from ANT vendors based on customers’ orders ship date.
3.Release Shipping Order to ANT vendors based on booking file and ANT stock availability status.
4.Manage the inbound shipment and ensure the received shipments to be booked into MXP timely.
5.Generate PPS at least thrice a day and run the waves for generated PPS timely,
6.Supervise and arrange the order pick and pack and ensure to follow up customers’ packaging or shipment requirement.
7.Make sure the 100% outbound loading accurate rate.
8.Manage the outbound shipment and ensure to Invoice the shipped shipment timely.
9.Coordinate the sample orders and control the pick and pack, do the transfer between different warehouses correctly.
10.Inventory control and do the cycle count periodically and report the result and discrepancy analysis if any.
Requirements
1.University education or above, major in international business/foreign trade or systematic training on warehouse management/order follow up with good result;
2.At least 1 years working experience in any of following areas: warehouse management, order follow up;
3.Better if have DC (Distribution Center) experience.
4.Good command of MS office and ERP system.
5.Good command of written and oral English;
6.Good decision making and teamwork spirit.
