Responsibilities:

? Total ownership of New Product Introduction process, RFQ, Sample build, Internal and External Sample qualification, Ramp up…

? Meet customer & internal project schedule (Time), profit & loss (Financial), product & process related requirements (Quality) and meet required service level.

? Build coalition of support within teams, local organization and cross regional

? Able to resolve conflicts in team efficiently

Qualification:

? Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.

? 8 or above years working experiences and at least 2years in supervisor level, fluent English.

? Proven Leadership skills in multi-disciplinary teams in a fast paced and changing environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

? Strong commercial sense, understand cost breakdowns and locate areas for improvement, both on internal costing side and on sales selling side.
