职位描述

一、岗位职责:
1、公司各项规章制度的监督与执行
2、员工的考勤管理与出行安排
3、固定资产的登记、入库与领用
4、公司各部门办公用品的领用和分发工作
5、会务安排,做好会前准备、会议记录和会后内容整理工作
6、合同文件的登记存档及借阅等工作
7、办公环境及卫生的监督与保障工作
8、对工作中出现的各种问题及时汇报,提出工作改进意见
9、完成领导交办的其他或临时工作
任职资格:
1、 大专以上学历,熟练掌握并运用各类办公软件
2、 逻辑思维能力强,责任心强,有较强的管理及服务意识
3、 工作认真仔细,有条理,沟通协调能力强。
4、 承受相当的工作压力,工作效率高。
5、英语口语、书写表达流利
Responsibilities:
1. The company rules and regulations for the oversight and enforcement
2. The attendance of staff management and travel arrangements
3. The fixed assets registration, storage and use
4. The company the Department office supplies procurement and distribution
5. Business arrangements, pre-meeting preparation, meeting and the content of the work
6. The contract document register file and library work
7. The office environment and health supervision and safeguard
8.The problems arising in the work report, put forward suggestions for improvement
9. Leading to complete other temporary work
Qualification:
1.College degree or above, master and make use of all kinds of office software
2. Logical thinking ability, a strong sense of responsibility, has strong management and service consciousness
3. The work is serious and careful, methodical, communication and coordination ability.
4. Work under high pressure, high work efficiency.
5.Fluent oral English and good at English writting
