Provide technical support to merchandising teams on sample approval, specification and quality improvement.
Evaluate and monitor the performance of vendors to ensure fitting and measurement of samples could meet customer’s requirements
Communicate and provide technical support service to factories & buyers
Conduct meeting with factories to review fit samples and patterns at development stage and before production.
Conduct live model fittings, suggest necessary changes, report findings accurately on sample approval sheets, request new samples as necessary
Maintain data accurately and timely in computer systems
Ensure samples are sent on-time and with all relevant reports and comments.
Attend pre-production meetings with team and vendors to go through all details for production to ensure flawless execution.
Plus any other requirement as directed by your management.
