我们是一家外资企业（从事知识产权工作），目前招聘行政助理一员。

岗位职责：


1、公司日常行政管理的运作（包括运送安排、邮件和固定的供给等等）；

2、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；

3、办理新入职员工及离职员工的社保、住房公积金等工作；

4、办理外国员工就业证及居留许可证；

5、负责各类会务的安排工作；

6、协助行政经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行；

7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。



任职资格

1、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历；

2、一年以上相关工作经验；

3、英文四级以上，能够熟练使用英文交流；

4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；

5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；

6、有财务背景优先；

7、形象气质佳，女性优先。
